Health Safety
Many countries have reduced flights because of COVID-19, your packages maybe take longer to deliver as normal, but we will do our best to ship your order earlier. We beg for your understanding.
Payment Confirmation
  • A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified.
  • Once the payment verified, the order cannot cancel or change within this sort of time. However, we will do our best to support your request.

Processing
  • It normally takes 3-7 business days to process your order. Please note that holidays & weekends are not included.
  • It takes longer for us to process pre-ordered items, please refer to our preorder page for more detailed information.
  • If items are prepared in 24 hours in your order ,then we can ship it in one day.
Shipping
  • Shipment takes approximately 8 to 30 business days to reach destination countries.
  • Once your order is shipped out, an email notification with International e-packet tracking number will be sent to you.
  • Please note: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

  • 3) For delivering successfully, we suggest you leaving your correct email box and mobile number during checkout process. Unsuccessful delivery caused by blank mobile column can not be compensated. 

    4) PO Boxes is not accepted if you choose express shipping . Your address should be detailed enough, even include apartment or unit number.


    5) Nondelivery caused by wrong delivery address or no rely to pickup notification sent by our customer service specialist in 3 business days and other personal reasons will not be taken by lorafads.

Shipping Delays
  • Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.
  • Usually it takes about 30-90 days to some countries ,We do offer compensation if the shipping beyond the timeframe as stated on shipping policy.
  • Please submit a ticket within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time, our representative will get back to you within 36 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted. Appreciate your kind understanding.
